>> Our houses is situated 900 meters from the hotel Colentum with sand beach Slanica, shop and tennis courts. On the other side, 400 meters after our houses is the end of the road which means that you can expected quiet and peaceful vacation with minimal trafic and crowd.
>> Apartments are situated in 2 houses, one behind other, 30 or 50 meters from the sea. The apartments are large, new and with satellite TV. Very attractive are terraces with a view of the Kornati islands. In front of the apartments there is a playground 11x8 meters. Further there is a beach. It is 2000 meters away from centar of city Murter.

>> Upper house has apartments: G1, D1, G2, D2. These apartments are completly new. Each apartment is ideal for 4 persons. It has 55 m2 inside area + 20 m2 terrace with magnificent view to the sea and Kornati islands.The terraces can be throught the day covered for enjoying in the shadow of the sun or uncovered on the evening for romantic enjoying in the lights of moon and stars. If you are more realistic you can watch on the TV set some of satellite television programs.

>> First house has apartments A1 for 2 persons (max. 3) and A2 for 4 persons (max 5).

 

>> On your short way from apartments till the beach (40 meters) you can stopped on our guest's playground (8m x 11m) in the shadow of pines and play basketball, bagminton ...

 

>> Greater part of the beach under house is stone beach with arranged entrance to the sea. About 20 meters on one side is small beach for children.

 

>> For each apartment is reserved parking place under the house near the road. If you have smaller boat we have one anchorage in the sea under the house. If you have greater boat in the place Murter is marina.

 

Some other useful informations if you or somebody from you family are sportsman or sportsgirl or like walking and trips:

  • Upper from houses is small hil (120 meters high from the sea level) with beautiful viewto whole island Murter and surroundings (walking 20 - 30 minutes from house till the top of the hill).
  • Tennis courts 900 meters from the house ( 10 minutes walking).
  • Many nice small bays allaround (till them you walk, come with bicycles or with boat which you can rent in the place of Murter.
  • From the center of place Murter every day is organized one day trips with ship to the Kornati islands which are Croatian national park.
